Mr. Griffith is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of First Coastal Bancshares. He is also the founder of D.M. Griffith & Co., an investment firm started with the financial backing of Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. to invest in banks and thrifts. Mr. Griffith was previously the Chairman and Founder of Peninsula National Bank; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Interstate Bancorp; and was a senior officer of Bank of America.
