during his keynote address here this evening for a special
program entitled Growing And Harvesting A Startup:
Strategies For Success From Capitalization To Liquidity.
Mr. Stullichs wide-ranging presentation covered
such topics as Entrepreneurship and the Economy
and Selling Your Company. He used as illustration
case studies of recent transactions: Senior Debt Placement
in regard to the financing of La Brea Bakerys
expansion, and Sale Transaction via Pierre Fabre SAs
divestiture of Physicians Formula to Summit Partners.
In addition, Mr. Stullich reviewed and elaborated upon
the popular Ten Commandments For Success
as developed in Entrepreneuring Magazine by Steven C.
Brandt.
The event sponsored by the Central Coast MIT
Enterprise Forum and the Central Coast Venture Forum
showcased the regions leading entrepreneurs
and emerging-growth companies to venture capitalists
and angel investors.
Mr. Stullich has extensive experience advising middle
market companies with mergers and acquisitions (both
healthy and distressed), leveraged transactions, private
placements of debt and/or equity capital, private equity
investing, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), debt
