Vedior North America Acquires Delta
November 2005

Wakefield, MA -- Vedior North America, a member of the Vedior Group of Companies (“Vedior”), one of the world’s largest recruitment companies, has completed the acquisitions of Delta Pharma and Delta Solutions (together, “Delta”). Delta, a leading clinical trials staffing and IT consulting organization, adds to Vedior North America’s specialty staffing offering and gives them a major presence within the highly competitive Midwest pharmaceutical corridor.
